Ahoy there, sailors!
Are your feet itching for the new sailing season of events to begin? Join us for a wintery walk around Greenwich in London.
Greenwich is a UNESCO World Heritage site that serves as a living monument to Britain's naval history.
Meet at the waters edge near to the Cutty Sark for a leisurely tour of the area's grand architecture and historic riverside, and hear a scattering of tales and legends amongst the grandeur of the Old Royal Naval College, Queen's House, Greenwich market and park.
There will be the chance to stop off at one or two of the local taverns for a drink & perhaps a light lunch at a pub (depending on numbers) or some delicious street food in Greenwich market, catch up with old friends, make some new pals, and plan boating adventures for the year ahead.
The walk will last a maximum of 4 hours so comfortable footwear and weather appropriate clothing will be needed. After the walk and refreshment stops, there will be the opportunity to visit the National Maritime Museum or Royal Observatory.
To avoid disappointment, register now!
