This 'Event' is set up for admin purposes to collect menu choices and payment for the meal on Saturday evening at Marchwood Yacht Club, which will be a takeaway served at approximately 7:30pm.
There is a slight change of plan that the meal will be a Chinese takeaway buffet in place of Fish and Chips (easier to manage orders!!).
The cost is £14 per head
Note 1 - If you have a guest for the main event you will also need to add your guest in this one.
Note 2 - Crews will need to bring their own plates and cutlery to the Yacht Club for the evening event. This is a 'green' initiative to avoid using disposable items.
Please make your selection of meat* or vegetarian and payment ASAP. Registration for the meal will have a hard stop close on Wednesday so that the order can be placed on Thursday morning.
*The meat option will include a selection of dishes likely to include pork, chicken, duck, beef and seafood. I will ask that they are clearly labelled so that any particular option can be avoided.
