CANCELLED due to Coronavirus Pandemic
The ever popular Yarmouth beach BBQ is usually one of the best attended events of the season. Crews will muster at Yarmouth Harbour on the Saturday afternoon where berths have been reserved.
Beach BBQ starting early evening and featuring a cocktail competition. The party on the beach usually goes on late into the night around a bonfire!
Land based participants are welcome to join the group anytime from Saturday afternoon.

Saturday 8th August
Crews will make their way to Yarmouth to meet by early evening for drinks on the pontoons. We will then make our way to the usual spot on the beach for the evening BBQ.
Drinks on the pontoon and aboard in the evening, with option to eat on board or make own arrangements for restaurant bookings.
We will hold a cocktail competition. Each crew is to prepare a signature drink of their choice to serve to other members of the group at the BBQ.
Bring your own BBQ, utensils, signature cocktail, drinks and food.
Sunday 9th August
There may be an opportunity to organize a Sunday morning activity such as breakfast at a cafe in Yarmouth Town, a Visit to Yarmouth Castle or a beach walk.

Crew seeking berths are initially advised to visit the club Facebook ‘Crew Match’ page. If you are unsuccessful or not in the Facebook group, you are welcome to contact the event host.
Land based participants are as always welcome to join, and may wish to take advantage of one of the local hotels or B&B's in the area.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
1. Register your attendance via the S&CA website by Friday 31st July
2. Visit the Facebook CrewMatch page for all crewing opportunities
3. Upon approach, skippers will be required to contact the harbor / marina by VHF for specific berthing instructions. (please state you are part of the S&CA/Sailing&Cruising Association Rally)
4. You can bring along friends, but remember to ‘add guest’ at the point of your registration
