Treasure Hunt 2019
When - 8th & 9th June
Where - Secret Location on the Solent
This year’s theme is - TreasureVision!
Join us for our annual Treasure Hunt! Express your inner popstar with this year's theme, EuroVision!
Come 'on tour' as your favourite EuroVision song and perform to your adoring fans in our LipSync and dance routine challenge.
Don your sequins and sparkly dancing shoes, put on your big hair (or beard) and find your way to our 'secret gig' where there will be food, drink and merriment a-plenty as well as eurotastic music at our exclusive aftershow party where you can dance the night away.
We look forward to seeing you on the dancefloor!
Skippers: RSVP ASAP including your boat length and band members. Space is limited and the competition is fierce, so book early! For the main event we encourage you to:
- Pick a song (extra points for the more obscure)
- Adorn your boat and yourselves appropriately.
- Let your host, Lee Wogan, know your song choice in advance so we can make sure we're ready for your performance in our LipSync & dance routine challenge.
- Put on your dancing shoes on and Party!
There will be a morning meet at anchor where instructions for the day will be handed out and clues given for the location of our secret gig. You've got to be in with the in crowd to find out.
Registration process - all those attending must register via the S&CA website. For joint members who are both attending, both must register. Skippers are NOT responsible for registering their crews. We encourage crews to register themselves. To register your joint partner, friend or other members as part of your registration, you are required to click on the ADD GUEST option. If registering other people, you will be responsible for paying their meal when signing up. When registering, each person including guests, will need to indicate if they are crew (if so you must state what boat you are attending on) or a skipper (where you will be responsible for advising your boat is attending). Please avoid registering with the App as it goes a bit haywire, so best to stick to registering via the website.
