BINGO at BEMBRIDGE with BBQ
It is not often that we set a weekend aside for a game of BINGO, but after listening to members feedback, it was apparent that many of you want to observe more group activities once reaching the set destination.
This is designed to be a relaxed gathering following a vibrant sail across to Bembridge. No doubt, the majority of you will have those sails up taking advantage of the spring climate. The remainder of the bank holiday will be for you to enjoy as you please.
Arrangements have been made for berthing at the much loved ‘Bembridge Harbour‘, I will be responsible for booking vessels into the marina for skippers, when a boat has registered.
The dining element will be ‘self BBQ style’ within the marquee that the S&CA have secured. Because the S&CA are regulars at the popular ‘Bembridge Harbour’, their management team have kindly offered us early access to the marquee for our game of bingo WITH BIG prizes. NOTE - BBQs and Utensils will be provided
WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN ON THE SUNDAY? We all leave Bembridge to enjoy the remainder of the bank holiday weekend as we all wish.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
1.Register your attendance via the S&CA website by Sunday 28th April
2.Visit the Facebook CrewMatch page for all crewing opportunities
3.Upon arrival, skippers will be required to contact Bembridge Harbour for specific instructions. (please state you are part of the S&CA/Sailing&Cruising Association Rally)
4.You can bring along friends, but remember to ‘add guest’ at the point of your registration
