We shall start the 2019 sailing season by meeting at West Cowes, Isle of Wight. This usually attracts a good bunch of hearty soles, those who thrive on the season of spring.
Berthing has been arranged at Cowes Yacht Haven Marina
Late afternoon, as the temperatures drop and the skies darken, I have secured the use of an exclusive, cosy conference room at The Island Sailing Club. At 16:45hrs, as a group and prior to evening dinner, we will all relax, giggle and celebrate the start of season as we bond together and play some jovial Marky-style games. As always, activities are not mandatory.

We will be using our hands, our ears, our lips and other body parts to secure fantastic prizes. Some of the best the club have ever awarded!
We will then relocate and make ourselves comfortable downstairs in their cosy dining room for a tasty feast, and raising a glass to the clocks going forward that night... Individuals will order food from the restaurant menu, and pay for food on the night. Drinks will be bought from the bar.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Register your attendance via the S&CA website. We need to know numbers for booking the restaurant, and which vessels to book into the marina.

Those coming by land are welcome
Bringing along friends is always encouraged

ACCOMMODATION
If you wish to attend this event, but prefer not to stay overnight onboard a boat, then why not consider one of the outstanding B&Bs in and around the beautiful town of Cowes.
