After the pioneer S&CA Canal Charters, which took place in 2015 and 2016, it’s time for another one.
Berths are available on a narrowboat booked from Viking Afloat’s base at Worcester and this year we’re going to do the “Stourport Ring", which is an energetic 7 day trip but we’re stretching it out to 10 days to allow for sightseeing on route. Starting on Friday 1 June, we complete the circle on Monday 11 June.
Other boats are welcome to join us; though sticking closely together and cruising in company isn’t very practical on canals but it’s often possible to meet up at pre-planned overnight stops, which can be good fun. Anyone not wishing to do a full 10 day trip could consider hiring for just a week but it could mean a different start date / route.
