Building on from last year’s success it is our pleasure to invite you to the 2018 S&CA’s London Pride day.
This is an amazing opportunity to experience the London Pride parade from the parade vantage, taking in the sights and sounds of one of London’s biggest events.
We aim to start the day with a breakfast (and some cheeky bubbles) before mustering at the start point. Once we are underway we shall be parading down from Marylebone towards Trafalgar Square where the parade disbands. To follow tradition from last year we shall then perambulate towards the river for some celebratory drinks on one of the river boats (hopefully out in the sunshine). After that members can go watch the live performances on the main stage at Trafalgar Square, or enjoy the somewhat bacchanalian festivities of Soho (which is delightfully car free on the day). Either way there is a lot to choose from.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness of our club, and its LGBT heritage.
Wristband tickets are limited so first come first served.
