FOLLY RALLY

An S&CA events diary would not be complete without the much loved ‘Folly Inn Rally’.
Members can take a leisurely crossing to the River Medina, arrive and unwind at their leisure for the afternoon.
Before the evening dinner, A Pre Dinner Pontoon party will take place with a charity raffle, giving members the opportunity to win a Gift Voucher, redeemable at our dinner location.
You will be rafted tightly together alongside a Non Walk Ashore Pontoon. A ferry service will operate to take members to and from land for as little as £3 return per person.
Shower facilities are available for just £1 ashore.
The one local pub have already been made aware they are to expect a large number of happy S&CA sailors looking to have their bellies filled. This eatery will be serving breakfasts the following morning for those who want it.
Live music will be provided by the venue in a separate corner, giving the wilder members of our group the chance to traditionally mount the tables (literally) and dance the night away.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
You must register via the S&CA website if you are attending. The Folly pub is a busy venue and i need exact numbers on how many people to book for. I also have a maximum number the pub can accommodate, so please do not leave it too late to register. Skippers, please register you boat. I will then book your boat in with the Folly Harbour Master on our group booking.
Upon arrival, the harbour master has asked for skippers to call vhf ch72 for specific berthing instructions. You must state you are part of the S&CA/Sailing&Cruising Association Rally.
Crew seeking berths are advised to visit the club Facebook ‘Crew Match page’. If unsuccessful, you are welcome to then contact myself. I will always do my best on your behalf, but I can never guarantee you a crew match.
